JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial and operational data to various stakeholders to facilitate management decisions and generate business insights. This role requires a multidisciplinary approach to analysis and problem-solving, with exposure to different parts of the business, including Battery Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Financial Planning, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and present the monthly financial performance (P&L, BS) of one or more of the company’s subsidiaries, both domestically and internationally, to senior management.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly cashflow analysis and reports, including collections & disbursements forecasting and capex planning.
  • Prepare and maintain 10-year financial models, which include sales and expense forecasting, capex projections, and debt planning.
  • Participate in senior management calls discussing group-wide strategies and/or business unit-specific updates, incorporating them into models and projections as appropriate.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics of specific business units.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and special project work as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or any equivalent courses.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Familiarity with financial models (cost-benefit analysis, financial statements, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
