JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for ensuring that work pieces adhere to design specifications through CNC machining and completed on time via parameters optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and set-up multiple CNC Machines and execute CNC machining processes ensuring continuous operation of each machine.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and autonomous maintenance (CLAIR) of CNC machines in accordance with machine maintenance and operation procedures that would result in reduction in machine breakdown.
  • Coordinates with CAM Programmer to ensure that the CAM Program, program sheet, detail drawing, electrode and work piece is correctly loaded and executed on the machine to ensure conformance to product specification.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Technology or any related Tech / Vocational Course.
  • Actual knowledge and skills in Shop Mathematics, Geometric Dimensional & Tolerance
  • Adept in Blueprint Reading and Interpretation
  • Knowledgeable in Machine Codes
  • At least 1 year related in CNC Operations

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

    The interview will be on physical set up as a trade test is required.
