Corporate Social Responsibility

How companies respond to the agenda for corporate citizenship - the growing need to manage issues that affect their business reputation - and to respond to the growing needs and concerns of a range of different stakeholders.

"Corporate Social Responsibility is up close and personal. It is not just a slogan but a way of doing business. It is taking on the challenge of merging financial success with social commitment in today's global economy."

Lyn Paine, Professor Harvard Business School, Author of Value Shift
